1. Before the Project

Understand your business growth objectives and target audience.

Clearly define the project's scope, objectives and budget.

Understand your current processes and pain points.

Identify any potential roadblocks or challenges that may arise during the project.

Set clear expectations and timelines for the project plan.

Establish clear communication protocols and regular reporting schedule.

2. During the Project

Setup your login to our Client Portal, an online place for your business.

Develop a customized plan that aligns with your goals.

Regularly update you on the progress of the project through email and chat inside the Client Portal, or via phone or online meeting when required.

Continuously gather feedback, address any issues or concerns that arise and implement any necessary adjustments in a timely manner.

Monitor the project's performance and provide regular reporting.

Ensure that you are satisfied with the work being done and that the project is on track.

3. After the Project

Conduct a final review with you to ensure that all objectives have been met.

Provide training and support to you and your staff on how to use the new system.

Answer any questions or address any concerns and document these in the Client Portal.

Follow up with you to ensure that the system is working as intended and that all are satisfied with the results.

Provide recommendations for future optimization and improvement.

4. Ongoing Afterwards

At your request provide online meetings to discuss status, issues or further needs, customization or additional products and/or services.

Continuously provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Communication through the Client Portal, chat, phone and/or email.
